DESCRIPTION:Oak Hill’s Annual Pumpkin House is a go!!\n\nUnfortunately\, we had to cancel the candy booth portion of our festival this year. But you and your family can still have a Spooktacular time!\nSaturday\, October 24th 9am-12pm is Pumpkin Registration at the Pumpkin House. Pumpkins will be judged that night and winners will be announced Sunday\, October 25th.\nYou can enter an unlimited amount of pumpkins to be judged.\n\nPumpkin Contest:\nAdult Carved Pumpkins (15 & older)\n1st Place: $100 & Trophy\n2nd Place: $75\n3rd Place: $50\n\nChild Carved Pumpkins (14 & younger)\n1st Place: $25 & Trophy\n2nd Place: $15\n3rd Place: $10\n\nChild Painted Pumpkins (8 years & under)\n1st Place: $25 & Trophy\n2nd Place: $15\n3rd Place: $10\n\nPlease cut hole in bottom of pumpkin and leave top (stem) in tact. This is for lighting purposes!\nPlease wait to carve your pumpkins until Friday so they last for the week.\nPumpkins will be on display from October 24th-November 2nd.

SUMMARY:Babcock Sticks & Stones 15K
DESCRIPTION:Our Spring run at Babcock\, the Gristmill Grinder has become such a favorite we decided that it was time to introduce a Fall run- the Sticks and Stones 15K! This course too is already a classic. Starting at the historic Camp Washington Carver runners will run into the park and along the rim of the Mann’s Creek Gorge before dropping down into the deep canyon. We have added another 2.2 miles of trail to the big loop from the Grinder course and have taken away a mile of road. This leaves you with 9 miles of trail that is so spectacular\, it may leave you breathless. Enjoy the beautiful fall colors\, rhododendron tunnels\, waterfalls\, cliffs\, bridges and always amazing scenery. The only road section on this course is as you run up to the famous Gristmill and then turn left toward Skyline and the Finish. \nSo\, what are you waiting for? Reserve your spot today- this run will have a smaller cap than the Grinder\, only 200 slots\, and fill quickly.  Babcock in the Fall is Almost Heaven! See you in October–
