Ancient yogic practices are medicine for the mind, body & soul. There is an emerging wealth of modern scientific studies that demonstrate how these ancient practices are techniques to improve overall health and increase vitality. This immersion will focus on the experience of the practices, and the benefits of practicing in community as a form of play & as well as a discussion of how the science of healthy living aligns with ancient yoga philosophy. This will be a fun, lighthearted weekend with a wide variety of practices that produce health and vitality.
