Thanksgiving buffet at Smokey’s Steakhouse | Lansing

Adventures on the Gorge makes Thanksgiving simple— and delicious. Its timber-frame restaurant, Smokey’s Steakhouse, is the place to go for a family buffet.
This year’s feast on Nov. 23 will have quite a spread. Here’s a condensed version:

  • Carving station: roast turkey and beef with artisan toppings: cranberry-orange relish, wild mushroom au jus, and more
  • Hot lunch selections: stuffed pork loin with cranberry sage; spiced pumpkin bisque with maple Chantilly; and seafood Newburg
  • Side dishes: mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, pimento mac n’ cheese, and more
  • Baked breads: focaccia, sweet muffins, garlic-and-cheese biscuits, and more
  • Chilled choices: smoked rainbow trout, Waldorf salad, fruit, yogurt, and more

You can count on dessert, too— lots of it.
Thanksgiving Brunch lasts from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Reservations are highly recommended.
