The true path of yoga leads you back home to your heart where you discover you are already whole and complete. Join master yoga teacher, Todd Norian, as he guides you back to your heart. Ashaya Yoga weaves heart, mind, and body with life.

Open to the Vastness of Sky Within
Friday | 7 – 9 PM | $40
Master Yogi and acclaimed musician, Todd will guide you into an exploration of how to embody the vastness of sky and tap into your unbounded potential in daily life through the revelatory teachings of tantra and kirtan. All levels welcome.
Stand Like a Tree
Saturday | 10 AM – 1 PM | $60
In a chaotic and furious world, you need to be strong, yet flexible, like a tree. Practice a variety of standing and balancing poses plus more. All levels welcome.
Flow Like a River
Saturday | 3 – 5:30 PM | $50
Return to the flowing and healing waters within and release stress. Enjoy a therapeutic sequence of flowing and soothing poses for the low backs and hips. All levels welcome.

The Fire of Transformation
Sunday | 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM | $60
Yoga is having the courage to follow your heart, to walk through the fires of life without being stopped by fear. Use the heat of fire to burn away what’s no longer needed and the light of fire to illumine your path ahead. Practice igniting your core, standing poses, and backbends. All levels welcome.
