Steep Into Stillness

Candace Evans with New River Yoga joins forces with Greg of Metta Vibrations for a Movement into Sound (Bath), Steep in Stillness. Candace will guide a 30ish minute light steep session, movement with breath, that will allow you to settle into a healing meditative state of stillness and sound, lead by Greg Burns/Metta Vibrations.
