Pickin’ & Lickin’ Chili Flight Night - November 12, 2026

Chilly weather calls for CHILI NIGHT!

Thursday nights are heating up at The Lost Paddle at ACE Adventure Resort! Join us for Pickin’ & Lickin’ Chili Flight Night, featuring three delicious homemade chili recipes, fresh cornbread, cold drinks, and an open jam on The Lost Paddle Stage.

Three Chilis. One Champion. You Decide!

Grab a Chili Flight, sample all three homemade recipes, and cast your vote in our People’s Choice Chili Challenge! Which chili will take home the crown?

Classic Mountain Chili – A hearty, traditional favorite packed with bold flavors.

White Chicken Chili – Creamy, comforting, and full of flavor.

Smoky Three-Bean Chili – A rich, smoky vegetarian twist on a classic.

Every flight comes with the chance to vote for your favorite, so bring your appetite and help us crown the Chili Night Champion!

Live Music & Open Jam

The fun doesn’t stop with the food! Brandon Dent & Friends will host our weekly Pickin’ & Lickin’ Open Jam, bringing local musicians together for an evening of Appalachian pickin’, good company, and great tunes.

Musicians are welcome to bring their instruments, jump on stage, and join the jam!

Whether you’re coming for the chili, the music, or both, it’s the perfect way to warm up on a chilly Thursday evening in the New River Gorge.

Good Food. Cold Beer. Hot Chili. Great Music.
