The Gaines Estate

The Gaines Estate is a 1920’s era mansion located in downtown Fayetteville, WV. The house was the most prominent residence in Fayetteville for many years until it was severely damaged by fire in 2008. Cascade Properties has restored the house to its former glory to provide the perfect wedding and event venue. Experience the beauty and old world elegance of the 192 acre Gaines Estate while enjoying Fayetteville’s unique restaurants and shops and the area’s natural beauty and world class outdoor recreation. Our newest addition to the Gaines Estate property is the pavilion. Conveniently located next to the house, the pavilion offers indoor event opportunities. We are currently accepting reservations for weddings and corporate events at the Gaines Estate house and grounds.
