OPENING APRIL 1, 2019
Come ride the winding trails to the top of Sewell Mountain in the New River region where the view of the West Virginia wilderness is spectacular.
Horseback riding is an excellent way to have fun with friends or family, see the beautiful West Virginia landscape, and make great memories. We cater to the beginner and intermediate rider.
What we offer:
Ride Times (a total of 2.5 hours of activity including completion of paperwork, safety meeting, mount up, ride and dismount)
9:00 am - $89.00
12:00 pm - $89.00
3:00 pm - $89.00
Sunset - $99.00
Pony Rides (based on guide availability) 15 minutes/ride $15.00
Scout Merit Badges $99.00 (call for details)
**Another available option for people who want to ride horses but are unable secondary to weight restrictions:
Do you exceed the weight limit? No problem! For the same amount as a horseback ride you can still enjoy your day with family or friends. We offer a guided side-by-side utility vehicle ride (children under 8 when accompanied by an adult are welcomed) to the top of the mountain where you can enjoy the scenery while waiting for your party to arrive on horseback. Once your party has reached you, you will enjoy your guided ride down the mountain where you will wait for your rider’s arrival back to their beginning destination.
