SUMMARY:Wizard Weekend Chess Tournament
DESCRIPTION:Come celebrate Wizarding Weekend with us here at Wood Iron Eatery! We will be hosting the 3rd annual Fayetteville Chess Tournament Series with a fun Wizard Theme that benefits the New River Animal Rescue! Registration is at 930 am here at Wood Iron Eatery. Tournament will begin at 10am.The tournament will be in the Swiss Style. The principle of a Swiss tournament is that each player will be pitted against another player who has done as well (or as poorly) as him or herself. The first round is either drawn at random or seeded according to rating. Players who win receive a point\, those who draw receive half a point and losers receive no points.Entry is 10$Cash prize for the players with the most wins.This is not a rated event\, but there will be a rated section.This is a timed event.Let the best player win!
