Master Class: Meditation\, Eyes-Closed Flow\, Power Vinyasa & Deep Yin�3 hours�This immersive master class will guide participants through a full-spectrum practice that combines meditation with mindful movement\, highlighting my signature eyes-closed flow\, powerful vinyasa sequences that tap into the body’s natural rhythm\, followed by deep yin postures to restore and balance. This workshop is designed for all levels\, offering a space for growth\, introspection\, and community connection.\n2. Continuing Education Workshop: Deepening the Craft for Teachers�4 hours (CEU eligible)�Geared toward current yoga teachers\, this advanced session focuses on refining teaching techniques\, exploring new approaches to sequencing\, and diving deeper into the nuances of yoga philosophy and asana practice. Teachers will earn CEUs while expanding their toolkits with techniques that inspire both self-practice and teaching methodology.
