UNCork & COOK!! hands-on cooking class

Join us for a fun and creative night of cooking and socializing! No cooking experience necessary– you will be amazed at what you will create!
The UNCork & COOK!! classes, all start with a seasonally inspired Master Recipe designed to expose you to various cooking techniques, a mix of knife skills and introduce an assortment of spice profiles and use of herbs. We then take that Master Recipe and re-purpose and reinvent the ingredients into a variety of meal components. This is key to making a meal of real food ‘a doable’ on those late weeknights or busy weekends when you don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen.
