The Glen Ferris Inn Presents “Our Tex Mex Feast”
Date: Friday and Saturday August 29 and August 30, 2014
Time: Friday – 4:00pm to 9:00pm with a full menu
Saturday – 11:00am to 4:00pm with a limited menu
Saturday – 4:00pm to 9:00pm with a full menu
The Riverside Dining Room will be opened on both nights from 4:00pm to 9:00pm
The appetizers will be:
Chili-Con Queso with Tortilla Chips $ 4.99
Southwestern Rolls $ 4.99
Jalepeno Poppers $ 4.99
The entrees will be:
Mexican Chicken $ 12.99
Fajita Stack (choice of steak of chicken) $ 12.99
Grilled Tilapia in Chile-Tomato Sauce $ 11.99
Pork Tenderloin with Southwest Bourbon Glaze $ 11.99
Prime Rib Ranchero – Spicy Sauce $ 15.99
All entrees are served with a side salad, two sides and roll or cornbread
Sides will include: Corn Bread Salad – Refried Beans – Creamed Spinach – Spanish Rice – Southwestern Vegetables – Fiesta Corn
Breads for the feast will be the Glen Ferris Dinner Rolls and Mexican Cornbread (choice of one with your meal)
Special desserts include:
Caramel Apple Burrito – Deep Fried $ 3.99 with Ice Cream $ 4.99
Margarita Cheesecake $ 4.99
