The famous Orient Express train of the late 1800s has become synonymous with international intrigue and old-world luxury travel, so it should come as surprise that the company spared no expense when it came dining. In fact, the menu aboard the train’s maiden voyage is preserved for all time as part of her history. You don’t have to take our word for it that it was magnificent. You can try it yourself on the eve of November 7, 2014—some 132 years after it was first served.
