Fall Into Christmas Expo

On behalf of the Oak Hill Business and Professional Association, we would like to invite you to join us for the 1^st ever Fall Into Christmas Expo. This Expo will be focused on foods of the seasons, fall decorations, fall crafts, Christmas decorations and crafts.
All sites are $20 for a 12-foot site.
Vendors must be selling items for these seasons only.
NO YARD SALES during this event.
If your church or non-profit organization would to offer gift-wrapping for the shoppers as a form of fund raising, we would welcome that as well.
We are also planning to have a Chocolate Bake Off that will be held and judged in the White Oak Rail Trail Depot. The Chocolate Bake Off will have 5 categories:

1. ages 6-11
2. ages 12-17
3. ages 12-17 Cookies and Bars
4. any age Cakes and Cupcakes
5. any age Cookies and Bars

If you have fall and/or Christmas items that you would like to sell, please call (304-573-1165), e-mail oakhillbpa@gmail.com , or message Vicki Setterl for your registration and entry forms. This is a family oriented event that will be held along the trail.
We will not be closing Virginia Street for this event so unloading will either be on Central Avenue or the ramp/steps near the restrooms at City Park.
We are only selling 75 sites for this event, first come~first serve basis!
