Active SWV Family Triathlon

The third annual Active SWV Family Triathlon provides a race event that is friendly to beginners and allows the entire family to compete together. It makes an impact with young runners to see other kids their age taking part in this race. But kids of all ages are welcome to build teams or race as individuals.
This is a great race for any age and welcoming to beginner abilities.
Participants can compete as an individual or as a team. All members of the team need to complete each leg. This is not a relay. Racers will have a 1.2 mile run, 2 mile bicycle ride, and a 1 mile paddle leaving and returning from the beach. There are hills to climb and gravel roads. Participants are to bring all their own equipment and the course is recommended for ages 9 and up. (If you would like to bring a younger child, an adult/parent must stay with the young racer at all times during the event).
